Conditions of Participation for the Monthly Contest For the month of October 2025, the competition is suspended due to a test phase.

1. Organizer

The organizer of the contest is DönErli.net, owned by Paul Marenbach, Anna-Pirson-Weg 11, 91052 Erlangen, Germany, contact@diefettebrxnette.xyz (hereinafter "Organizer").

2. Eligibility

All registered users of the DönErli.net platform who are 18 years of age or older and resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Period

The contest takes place monthly. The participation period for each month begins on the 1st of the month at 12:01 AM and ends on the last day of the month (on the 30th or 31st, and in February on the 28th or 29th) at 11:59 PM.

4. Participation and Chances of Winning

Eligible to participate are users who have collected at least 7 activity points in the respective competition month and who have set published content to public in the privacy settings of their DieFetteBrxnette account. Activity points are awarded for the following actions:

  • Creating a new location as a review: 5 points
  • Submitting a review to an existing location (max. one review per location): 2 points
  • Adding a comment to a review (max. one comment per review): 1 point
  • Uploading images to a review (max. 5 images per review): 2 points
  • "Liking" other users' posts (max. 1 like per post): 1 point
  • Receiving a "like" from another user: 2 points
  • Inviting a new user through the invitation program (max. 5 invitations): 10 points

For each point collected above the required minimum number of points, the user receives an additional entry. The chances of winning increase according to the number of entries.

Activity points can only be earned through the free actions listed above. Undoing an action (e.g. deleting a post, removing a "like", ...) will result in an automatic withdrawal of the activity points received for the action.

5. Abuse

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they attempt to circumvent the terms and conditions or increase their chances of winning through unauthorized means (e.g., spam, fake reviews, fake images, automated scripts).

6. Prize, Determination, and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible users after the end of the participation period. This month's prize is: 1x Free Döner Kebab (value approx. €8).

The winner will be notified via email and a message in their user account within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification being sent, their right to the prize will expire, and a replacement winner will be selected.

If the prize cannot be redeemed directly for reasons beyond the organizer's control, the winner will receive a cash amount of €5 as a replacement prize.

7. Data Protection

For the purpose of conducting the competition, the data required to calculate activity points (e.g., user name, actions performed) will be processed. This data is not collected specifically for the competition, but is part of general platform activity and is also used to create monthly and overall leaderboards. The data is stored as long as the user has an account or until the user deletes the account in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, platform failures, or other circumstances that prevent participation in the competition.

9. Modification or Termination of the Competition

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition for good cause, particularly if proper conduct can no longer be guaranteed.

10. Legal Recourse and Applicable Law

Legal recourse to review the drawing is excluded.

11. Modification, Interruption, and Termination

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or prematurely terminate the competition for good cause if proper conduct cannot be guaranteed. The organizer may also decide not to conduct a competition in individual months. Users have no right to demand that the competition be held in a specific month. Changes will only apply to future competitions and will be announced before the start of the participation period. Claims to participate that have already been made remain unaffected.
